We all have crazy days. Regardless of what makes it a crazy day, all we want to do is go to bed and hope tomorrow is a whole lot different.

The thing is, these bad days always contain a message. That's the funny part about life; it keeps us on our toes. If we want to avoid having crazy day after crazy day, it requires us to do a little detective work. Life doesn't just magically get better or less hectic; it's our job to reflect and make changes accordingly.

Body Love’s ultimate goal is for women to be free from the burden of body image and body concern. Imagine what life would be like without these burdens.

Body obsession has plagued my life for years. What is so interesting about this is that I know now that I have never been overweight. In fact, I've realized that I don’t even know what it’s like to be overweight. And yet my warped sense of vision has led me to feel and to really believe with all of my heart that I need to lose weight.
